PB:
Sumac, nutmeg, oregano, basil (do herbs count?)

SFS: What do you do to embody Slow Food in your daily life (career, home, hobbies, etc)? 
PB: Waste reduction, conserving traditional methods, practicing food preservation techniques (fermentation, canning, dehydration), global food awareness.

SFS: What is your favorite dish or food that has profound meaning for you and why?
PB: My grandmother’s fried chicken
