We are partnering with Pride of Bristol Bay to offer our community a unique opportunity to purchase delicious, wild and sustainably-caught Alaskan sockeye salmon.

Pride of Bristol Bay is a small, fisherman-owned business that provides premium quality, vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen cuts of salmon in 20-pound cases directly to the consumer. Each case is marked with name of the Bristol Bay fishing district in which they were harvested, providing you an unprecedented level of traceability.

When you purchase directly from the fishery through Slow Food Seattle, you’ll receive a special Buyers Club discount and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to our chapter to support local programs. We appreciate your support!

Consider sharing the love by making a group purchase with family, friends and neighbors. A group purchase makes eating sustainably more affordable – good, clean and fair right in your freezer. Slow Food Tetons collaborated with Captain Steve of POBB so that he could share a simple weeknight meal of Tomato & Basil Salmon (video below) – a perfect example of a delicious late summer dinner that comes together in less than 30 minutes and inspiration for what you can put together with a sustainable protein and a few high quality and in-season ingredients.
