Terra Madre Americas brings together the people who grow, harvest, cook, preserve, and champion good, clean, and fair food across North, Central, and South America.

Inspired by the international Terra Madre Salone del Gusto in Turin, Italy, this gathering celebrates the incredible diversity of the Americas—our food traditions, cultures, landscapes, and the communities working every day to build a healthier, more sustainable food system.

Whether you're a farmer, fisher, chef, food producer, educator, student, or simply someone who loves good food, Terra Madre Americas is a chance to learn, connect, and be inspired.

Celebrating the Food Cultures of the Americas
